Sony Playstation video app loading then msg" Internet browser will be closed due to internal error"

Sony TV

have been watching movies using playstation video app on the tv. Now it wont work it loads you can see it in the background then the message comes up "Internet browser will be closed due to internal error"

I did a factory reset for the tv thought i had fixed it but as soon as i signed in to the app. the message came up again.

I have tried quite a few things but haven't had much luck. maybe my Tv is getting to old.

I have tried software update.

Moderm / wifi router resete/ power on off.

TV power off / On at the wall for all.

TV reset.
