The instruction manual I printed off from the website doesn't tell me the video settings. The V6 box is connected to an HDMI 3D splitter x4 output 1 and the light doesn't light up when the V6 box is connected, so I'm wondering whether the HDMI port on the V6 box or the splitter is broken. Virgin Media ran a test and said it wasn't anything to do with the V6 box.

Have you tried connecting the V6 box directly to your TV without any splitter?
