&lt;P&gt;Maybe some settings are not correct on router side. Have you tried to set up the connection manually?&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Internet access failed</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;KDL-42EX443&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Internet access failed.&amp;nbsp; Cable connection ok.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Unplugging the same cable from the tv and putting it into my laptop works fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've followed all the sony recommended trouble shooting tips including power cycles of all devices and factory reset of the tv.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Network setup status shows IP address to Auto.&amp;nbsp; IP address Subnet mask Default gateway Primary DNS all correct.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Baffled.&amp;nbsp; Any inspiration anyone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Richard&lt;/P&gt;</description>

(Image attached)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;Switching the network cable from TV to laptop, internet = fine.&amp;nbsp; Image of laptop IP settings also attached.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I've just connected the tv by cable to a different router and it's fine.&amp;nbsp; So it's a setting on the huawei b535 wifi router.&amp;nbsp; Any ideas anyone?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks Win_88, it did need the update but having done it - sadly no change.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I strongly suspect it's something to do with the Huawei router and I think I've had enough of it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Back to Draytek for me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Richard&lt;/P&gt;</description>
