UBP-X800 freezing when selecting DVD language

Machine works fine, with expception on some DVDs, after selecting the langauge the machine freezes and needs to be unplugged to resolve. Had my machine replaced for brand new one and does exactly the same thing on the same discs (mainly Disney DVDs).

Anyone experienced this or know of a fix or setting that may help?

Are you running the latest firmware?

Can you also please share exactly which movies you're having issues with?

Yes, I'm running the latest firmware. Specific DVDs (Disney) are:

Brave

Little Mermaid

Moana

Just a couple more questions for you to help our engineers look into this further:

What country are you in?
Are you able to provide the exact details of the DVDs you listed (if you can take a photo of the cover and back cover where the bar code can be seen, that would be helpful)?

Apologies for opening an old thread but I have seen this a couple of times, running latest firmware - was there a solution to this in the firmware or setting please? Peter
