Change Region code BDP S3500

I’ve read all the instructions related to other Sony blu Ray players. I have a brand new S3500 with remote but there is no info button to get digits. I’ve gone through every setup menu. Any instructions to change region code? I bought player in Peru because of the 220v wattage requirement and have legally bought all my DVDS in US and some won’t play. Please help!

Welcome to the community.
You can only play discs that are compatible with the region code of your player. You'll find the operating instructions with details about this here.
It may not be possible to change the region code, you can contact Sony Support for advice about this here.
