A90J (TV)+ HT A7000 (Soundbar) + HT A9 Compatibility (360 Speakers)

Hi all,

Was wondering if someone could help me, I am looking to purchase a A90J OLED. I want to have a sound bar but also have speakers dotted around the room. I know this sounds like overkill and most likely is. However I do not want to use the TV as the centre channel.

What I want to know is would all three work together as I am not sure what the compatibility would be.

Hello @mohsenq87,

I don't think there is a way to "chain" the HT-A7000 and the HT-A9 together to create one sound system.

I am not aware of any compatibility option which would let them work "as one" and correctly map the speakers in your living room/lounge.

I would go for just the HT-A9, even if you don't want to use the A90J as Center speaker, as the HT-A9 also maps a phantom speaker for the center channel. The money saved by not getting the HT-A7000 I would invest in the SA-SW5 subwoofer.

Yes the subwoofer is a must and will be purchased
