DVD Recorder RDR-DC205 stopped to react on the remote

Hello,

I came from vacation and plugged in all connectors and began programming the everything back home.

My DVD Recorder Sony RDR-DC205 supplied by remote control RMT-D258P stopped to react on the remote when I did smth wrong.

I had contact with Sony support and received instruction to disconnect the batteries one day, it did not solve the problem.

I tried also:

* swapped batteries

* pointing the remote at a camera and could see that all the buttons to signal

* factory restore DVD Recorder

* swapped code (do not know if I made the right)

How to fix it??

:smileyinfo: PS: bottom keys of the remote control works perfectly witn my Sony TV, only DVD recorder keys of the remote control does not work.

you may have changed the dvd command mode of the remote. It has 3 mode that you can change by pressing the number (1,2 or 3) and ENTER. By default it should be 3.
