Does camera manual mode only apply on main camera

I can't used manual mode on the 2x and wide angle ...help please #xperia 1

Hey there

if you want to use optical zoom in manual then simply pinch the screen to zoom to 2x in full light conditions.

Anything more than 2x then it uses digital instead of optical zoom. Bare inf mind in dark conditrions no matter what you do it will default to the main f1.6 lense and use digital zoom.

Sadly there is no access to ultra wide angle in manual mode at the moment, until Sony grace us with a decent firmware update.
