How can i use PlayMemoriesHome with Sony Xperia 1 II?

I use PlayMemoriesHome with my SonyAlpha and the program recognize the Sony Xperia 1 II but is not able to download the media files. It does not find any data??? How can i use this program?

Try Imaging Edge Mobile from the Play Store, it's the successor to PlayMemories.

@mamller6487 is clearly referring to the Desktop Version which has a smiliar name just "Home" instead of "Mobile" after the name.

He/she wants to import pictures to the computer using PlayMemories.
