Rattle/knocking sound from the vibrator at bottom Xperia 1 ii

I can hear a knocking/rattle sound from the bottom where the vibrator i located. That happens when i put the phone down on the table, or slowly tapping the bottom on my hand.

Feels like something loose, but maybe normal for the Sony vibrator in the phone?

Open the support app, contact Sony support and ask.

If the sound is too loud like you can feel something is loose and moving inside, you need to contact Sony for repair before it gets any worse.

I have the same problem. Many other users said Its normal. Unfortunatelly I have signal problems too. Probably last Sony phone I bought. I never had to waste time on support and communities to find out if something that looks very strange Is normal for such high end phone.

The phone is is made so compact, so it shouldn't be any space for thing to move around even if loose. Very strange...

It's the vibrator, it's normal, it's also normal for lenses to rattle when not being used too (that's the first one people normally notice)
