Xperia 1 III - GSM/2G network - unavailable for retrieving calls

Hi,

Since I got my Xperia 1 III people can't reach me when I switch my mobile network to GSM only mode.

I can call and retrieve calls for a short period of time when I switch to GSM only mode, and then after couple of hours people can't reach me at all.

This problem is not present on other network modes.

I tried to switch network scanning to manual as well as to automatic, but for no avail.

Can someone help me with this problem?

Have you tried different SIM card as well?

I have this same problem with xperia 5iii , my colleague the same problem with the same phone. New sim the same problem . I m very angry. Call is interrupted alone during ringing.

Hi tom2217, I guess this is related to the network provider. Who is your provider anyway?
