After downloading Android 10 in Xperia 1 I turned off the device Unfortunately, the system does not come up with the Sony logo coming on then the Android power comes on and off.

First effort:

Startup in safe mode.

Push power.

When vibrate push and hold vol-down till startup.

If that does not help then the only solution will be software repair using Xperia Companion.

Regrettably all data will be lost.

Hope you have set Google Backup in an earlier stage so you will be able to restore a lot.

Did you set automatic upload to Google of your photos as well?
