Broken my new 5 ii

Unacceptable. During a call he made a small click and closed permanently. I tried all the ways to restart it but to no avail. I am deeply disappointed.

The 5ii is less than a year old so this kind of sudden death may well be covered by warranty, contact Sony service or your operator for a repair assessment.
