When you open the DNG file of a standard camera, rings are visible on a black background. This can be seen with default settings, but in this example I made shadows lighter to make them easier to see. Tested in two different programs. The jpeg format is fine.
Tell me, does that look the same to you?

Your observation is clear.
Maybe ask in the camera part of this forum.
Look at this thread https://community.sony.ro/t5/xperia-10/xperia-10-ii-dual-issues/m-p/3680829#M2423
Issues called for almost 5 months. These indolents do nothing not even when mailing to the support\help center. Please check out in detail what we have tested for 10II in that thread and that no one to have not a single pertinent answer but only BS! Your issue is important and maybe a miracle to solve it! It's a real shame regarding their price tags!
Can you try converting the JPEG format to DNG on those online converter websites, and see if it still shows the rings.
It could be because the phone's not set to support capturing the image in DNG, only the file format RAW (.dng) is there.
So many updates over the year but lens shades in RAW still there.
Also JPEG's in manual modes is crap on high ISO (no matter is it DRO/HDR or OFF) compared to AUTO mode JPEG's with the same values. Don't know why these algorithms differs...
I like AUTO mode post-processing but autofocus in low-light is unusable if you want to take landscape image i.e. of a night city.
