Alpha 6000, problems with SDHC card

I have experienced a problem with my sony alpha 6000 using Sony SDHC card class 6, 30Mb/s (32 GB).

Frequently happens that the camera does not read the card , does not allow to take picture and does not allow to format the card.  

The same card works well on other sony devices like NEX6, NEX3, PC, video camera etc.

I experienced the same problem also with another SDHC card, class 4, 15 Mb/s (32 GB).

The same problem happens also with other new sony alpha 6000 I tested at a shop by using my card…but those cards works well with others sony devices.

I have not done test with other card size, i used just one 32GB size.

Someone experienced  a similar problem and/or can give me some suggestions?

Is there not a repair agent in Italy you can ask?

I have already repaired the Camera by the official sony repair agent...they replaced the card "main board " due to a defects and now works. Unfortunatelly an other defect appear just after repair...a black spot in a fixed position of every picture. I sent back again to the sony center...dirty on sensor after last repair or a defects on sensor? I have never chenged the lens.
