Winter Cashback 2024 problem

Hi all

I've waited the stipulated 30 days until mid Jan and now want to claim for my A7RV plus lenses.

I've completed both pages of the claim and attached the required invoice and image and everything else that was required.  I check ed the claim progress and 

I received this email - 

The status of your claim is: Thank you for your participation! Unfortunately, we cannot accept your claim as not all terms and conditions are met at this moment. You should have received or soon will receive an e-mail from us with further instructions on how to rectify the situation. In case you replied already to that e-mail, please allow us some days for further validation.

 

I have not received the email and not sure what to do as it's over a month

 

Where can I contact Sony and chase up my claim

I've tried different browsers (safari and Edge), cleared out the cache and still get the same issue. Sony are not being helpful just replying to an email I sent by saying 'Try different browsers' ignoring the fact I told them I had tried different browsers.
