Hi all
I've just purchased a Sony A7II. I filled out all the info for the cashback, and I saw a message after saying that everything was all right.
However, I have not received any e-mail from Sony. It seems odd not to received a e-mail confirming this (I received e-mails from Sony to confirm my password reset, for example).
Should I received an e-mail, or will they check all the info before contacting me back?

I haven't claimed cashback myself but I do think you should receive an email confirming your claim.
I'll escalate this for you just to double check the procedures.

Hi, I'm wondering if your A7S ii was purchased via Sony's website or are you able to buy at registered retailers and still claim the cashback?
I'm also having this problem- claimed cashback two days ago but no confirmation email. The website bizarrely asks for your claim ID which I have no access to and the model purchased rather than my sony.ie login or email address. Seems very odd way to me to track a cashback claim.
