incompatible battery use the correct model

I have a camera sony a6000 and recently became a message saying:
incompatible battery use the correct model
What is the problem please and how i can fix it

I have tried more than 8 batteries, both original and non-original

Hello @topdes16,

maybe one of the contacts is bent, so the camera can't detect the battery properly.

Have you checked that or do you notice anything unusual when looking into the battery compartment?
