Linking Sony existing account with Playmemories online.

Hi there, I’m a newbie and have just bought a Sony a7iii and have set up a new Sony account.

I'm now trying to set up to get the photo locations linked to my phone and have installed the Playmemories Online app. When I push ‘learn more’ to link the accounts nothing happens!!??

I'm going round and round in circles, trying this on iPad and and iPhone.

any advice would be gratefully received.
