Hi @gordale47
Some members have had a bit of trouble with serials and the Cashback system
but as far as I know these were rectified.
I will escalate this for you just to check in case its a
glitch and to find out what you can do
As its the weekend it may take a couple of days to get back to you
but if I find anything out I will post here.
Thanks but I will be out of the country until Tuesday with limited access....speak to you then....unless you can resolve the problem...item SN is ******* and us a A77 Battery Pack.
Edited - removed serial number.
Hi again
Thanks for posting. I haven't heard anything yet but
I have contacted the 'powers-that-be' again to see if they have any information.
Cheers
I had no serial number issues, however it takes a month to get the cashback
Hi,
I Put my cash back claim in at the end of August and have recieved no cashback although they have said my claim has been validated? When ever I as for an update I get the same nonsense about the payment being made in 5 days????
Hi @imR8SMV and welcome to the Community
That's a very long time to wait for cashback,
I believe most are sorted within 28 days.
Have you been emailing or telephoning Support?
If you haven't phoned them please do so on +44 (0) 2073652810
Hi Guys
I have the same issue where the site will not accept a 8 didgit serial number, should i just contact the Sony help section and they will give me a 7 digit one?
Cheers
