Sony A7 for underwater photography

I would like to use my Sony A7 for underwater photography, bought seafrogs underwater camera, but lost in the variety of the strobes - not sure which models are compatible and which are not and how to select connecting cable... Any advice very much appreciated!! Going for my diving trip soon and still not sure which strobe to get for this...

maybe @darkframe can assist - as far as I know he uses his a6500 to shoot underwater  - maybe he can provide some tips for your a7.

well, yes, I do take underwater images/movies with my A6500 using a Seafrog housing as well. Whatsoever, I'm only going snorkeling and have got no diving experience. Well, when snorkeling you don't need any additional light so I'm afraid that I can't help you, sorry.
