sony vgf-cp1e photo frame shoutcast radio no longer works

This photo frame has a wifi fearure and has shoutcasst internet radio built in but it no longer works.

all other wifi features work fine just the link to the radio station is dead.

i installed the japanese firmware update as this was suposed to cure it but it did not. now I need the english firmware back, doas its all in japenese now.dos es anyone have it or know were I can get it from.

sony themselves dont understand the question so have been unable to help.

Hi - I've raised this issue with the Sony tech support team but I suspect the Japanese update is not reversible, as there is currently no downloadable UK version to overwrite it with; only the version supplied with the frame at time of purchase.

I'll reply here if I hear anything to the contrary.
