Why is it so difficult to get help?

My A9 has just stopped working - completely. I've only gad it a month and it stopped in the middle of a shoot.

I have tried really hard to follow Sony site etc, but it sems abosutley designed to frustrate.

Anybody found a way to raise such a thing?
