Good day,
Just taken my new TV (above) out of the box. Started up, starting going through setup, Connected ethernet cable at start and chose the Update Software option whne it was presented as an option.
This seemed to complete to 100% But the screen then blanked and displayed a symbol with a hand holding a cable covered by a red cirle with a blue circle symbol to the right.
TV will not respond to the remote, have switched off and waited several times but everytime I switch on the above two symbols appear.
I tried to unplug the Ethernet cable and plug back in but no change,
Cannot locate anthing on the Internat that covers this problem.
HELP PLEASE!
