I have a Sony Bravia KD-43X8305C and have used Amazon Prime Video for some time. The home key stopped responding, I performed a factory reset per another posting. The home key works and all other apps (including Netflix) work fine now. When I try to load Amazon, it attempts to load but returns to the home screen after a few seconds. There are no errors messages or codes. I’ve tried to Clear Data and Clear Cache in Settings>Apps>Amazon Video, but to no avail. Any ideas?!

The App itself may have got corrupted.
Delete the App, and reload it from the Google Android TV Store.
