Firstly, hello all. Hope everyone is well.
I have recently purchased a 49" Sony Android TV and whilst generally I am very pleased with the TV I do have 1 major annoyance that I'm hoping someone can assist me with..
I have a NAS drive on my home network (Wired to my BT Homehub5). I also have the Android TV connected to the Homehub via a wired connection. The TV connects to the network and the internet with no problems via wired or wireless. The TV also see's the DNLA NAS drive ok when using wifi. However as soon as a wired connection on the Android TV is selected, the NAS drive is not found???
So basically wia wifi the NAS drive is connected to the TV but via a wired connection Its not found...
I'm puzzled??? Is there something different about the wired connection? But why would Youtube etc all work fine via wired?
Any help would be gratefully received.
