Best TV picture quality settings - Sony XE70 models

I've just bout a 49" Sony Bravia. (Model number KD-49XE7073) and am just wondering what picture settings people are using or recommend. Just for watching standard TV.

Personally I use the default settings. Everybody is different. However you should note that this is the Android TV forum and you have a Linux TV. Perhaps you may get a response from other owners of you TV https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/other-tvs/bd-p/tv_en_1

The best settings for viewing on a TV vary greatly from one user to the other depending on room settings, lighting and  personal preference. However, Sony published an article with some guidelines on how to set the perfect TV picture settings. Here's the link: https://bit.ly/2pqblw3 .
