I have always bought Sony televisions because of their quality so when it came to buying a new one In 2018 their 55” OLED Bravia was my first choice. However it has dawned on me that this is not a tv but a cheap oversized LG tablet running the awful, clunky Android software. I feel betrayed by Sony. What were they thinking of? Why abandon their own operating system for something worse? And recently Google keeps interrupting my programs demanding that I sign in! This is not a Smart TV, it is a dumb confidence trick.
