Cannot "Activate an HDTV" - Incorrect Activation Code

My XE9305 was replaced today and I'm trying to activate the new one under my SEN account.

I have naviagted my TV and found the 5-digit, all letters activation code. I enter these under "Actiavte an HDTV" in my SEN account on my PC and I get "Incorrect Activation Code. Try Agin".

Any ideas?

Thanks for the reply.

I'm putting the registration on hold as the replacement TV Sony have sent me
is in a worse state than the one they have just replaced.

They took the old one away as there were 3 thunderflies trapped in the
screen. The new one blinks/flickers black every few minutes - so looks like
I'm going to need yet another replacement.
