can anyone help received email to say Cashback validated and will be paid in 28 days but now been 2 months? Anyone have a number you can ring to escalate?

Have you checked the status of your claim? I wouldn’t be surprised if these pages or your confirmation email don’t provide some sort of contact information. Cashback Status

ive checked and same message comes up the link to support page is the standard Sony support page with no reference to cashback complaints
“We are happy to confirm that your cashback claim satisfies our Cashback offer Terms & Conditions. We are now processing your claim.
You will receive your cashback within the next 28 days in the form of a direct bank transfer.
The payment will come from Link Network or WorldPay.
We’ll get in touch with you if there is any problem processing your bank details.

Hey @Mutasim In this case i think you might need to give it 2 or 3 days as it might be delayed due to the back transfer but if it didn't then contacting Sony would be the best option so they can check it for you.
