My TV, a KD 49XG8094, has recently started to say Ethernet not connected when I switch it on. It's directly connected to the router, via cat6 cable, and all other devices are fine. To regain s connection, I have to remove the cable from the router then put it back. This then works for a couple of days. I am wondering if it's not correctly asking for its DHCP lease to be renewed or something. Any ideas??
Anyone any ideas. Did this again last night, and it completely refused to reconnect, even after a reboot of the TV.
Still the same this morning.... Tried setting a static IP, still nothing.
A router reboot cured it this time, but I am not sure its a router issue?
