For the past few months my LAN connection has dropped out every day. WiFi also doesn’t connect. A factory reset solves the problem but very tedious as should not be this difficult to watch Amazon Prime! Luckily I have a sky box for Netflix and YouTube etc. I am about to resort to buying a fire stick - surely I shouldn’t have to do this with a “smart” T.V. 😩
Sorry but you are not stating you TV model and if you already have applied the suggested intervention yu can find all over the community (setting the date correctly) or the latest fw

Date is set correctly and software updates are set to automatic.
