What a disaster this new software is ... Take note that I have been hours trying to fix the problem of my TV connceting to the internet and the use of Netflix.
I have reset everything, spent literally hours reconfiguring my WiFi and hard wired service only to discover that it is my TVs recent update causing the problem.
I am looking for a new TV for a different a bedroom and will now look at other manufacturers now I have discovered this anomoly. Not something I intended doing as all of my current Sony products, of which there are many work well.
Can someone at Sony please tell me when this software issue is likely to be resolved? Urgency is paramount.
