Oled tv keeps rebooting and switching off

My oled k55A1 keeps rebooting and switching off , unable to turn on ????

much appreciated if any one know s why this is 😡

I have had this tv from new 2017

@immyyas1 Does the LED blink red? and how many times if yes. 
Also follow this to do a factory reset to the TV
