I really like the TV, but there are some annoying errors, mainly in the software.
A few days ago, I wanted to adjust the picture for a movie with Dolby Vision content, and when I entered the editing mode, the TV froze.
The remote control didn't respond to anything, so I had to unplug the mains plug and plug it back in again.
I don't know if they know the problem, but this is an extremely annoying problem for such a high-end TV.
