HI Guys, as per above, tried a hard reset and soft reset but nothing seems to work. Tried to uninstall apps, but whenever i restart my TV, it is back on again. Apps like VLC players etc.
Did a soft reset, but nothing seems to have reseted. Tried a hard reset, got the green light, but after a while it just starts as per normal.
Tried to download the latest update and install through USB, afer files are copied, TV boot up regularly again.
Anyone have any idea ?

Hi there,
I don't think you can remove applications from your TV. I think this is possible only with Android TVs as you get optional applications along with the pre-installed ones. What seems to be the error message you're getting with Netflix? Maybe we can check this for you
