Verifying HDR content on 2019 Sony Bravia

Hi 

 

I have UHD subscription with Sky. I used to check HDR working (where appropriate) by going into Bravia picture settings-this would then show on TV briefly. 

 

Watching live footie yesterday (Channel 401) , but screen just shows "HDMI4". (Slot connected to Sky Q)

 

The only recent change has been the addition of a Sonos Arc. Although that can't have affected picture quality, I’ve obviously done something via Bravia sync which seems to have stopped the HDR. 

Can anyone help me reinstate hdr please. 

(I disconnected Arc but problem persists)

which port are you connecting the box to?

It’s sorted now. Had to reset Sky Q box.

(TV connected to Sky Q via HDMI 2. Ie one of the UHD/HDR hdmi slots)

Hey @SteveStacey brilliant! It may have been a glitch with the Sky box, not a TV related issue.
