Wireless headphones with a 6-year old tv

Hi. My TV model is a Sony KD43X8309C, a model dated since 2015. I bought wireless headphones WH-1000XM3.

Could I connect them to my tv through Bluetooth connection?

That is not possible directly - pairing the two devices using Bluetooth scanner.

I saw that there is this adaptor, WLA-NS7. It is compatible with the headphones, but not with the TV model I have?

For a Bluetooth headphones to work on a TV, the TV needs to support a Bluetooth profile called ''A2DP'', which sadly your TV doesn't include.
An adapter can work, not guaranteed though.
Alternatively, they make some headphones with docking stations, where the station will be connected to the TV with a cable, but the headphones will work wirelessly to the docking station itself.

Seems to me there's no way out of this. Anyway, thank you for your reply.
