C3 not recognized in windows

windows is not recognicing my c3 and i was looking for drivers to intall it and im not founding any drivers for my phone. Pc Companion does not recognize my phone either.

Help please

restart your PC > disable your firewall and antivirus > connect your phone and wait.

Open device manager then look for the driver with a yellow mark then right click and update driver and choose the manual method then direct it to look for the driver C:\Program Files\Sony\Sony PC Companion\Drivers which should install the driver for you

I do face same problem and i try all the remedy you have mentioned but not solved.
