Faulty mobile SONY XPERIA C3 DUAL SOLD TO ME
I had purchased a Sony Xperia C3 Dual handset on 16-nov-2014

After 1 and half month i experienced a problem in handset.
Below is the problem description.
On 3-Jan-2015 I noticed that Audio jack was not working. Sound was coming from speaker even though headset was connected. There was no sound from the earphone. I checked the earphone in other mobile and earphone was working fine. After that I checked with another Sony headset in my mobile and still the problem was there. After searching for the service center in Gurgaon I could reach there on 6-Jan-2015. At service center they took my handset for repair and asked me to wait for 1 week without giving standby set.

Even after lapse of 1 week promised time to resolve the issue i couldn't get the handset.
I got the handset on 17-Jan-2015.
According to them mother board of the handset was changed and the new serial number is
There i collected the handset and came home. For 5 hours handset was working fine.
When I checked it in the morning 0n 18-Jan-2015 the phone was off. I switched it ON. After some time it again turned off. I tried to turn ON phone 5 times but then it was going off just after that. After 5-10 retry it turn ON but again after some it went off. I am totally disgraced with the service provided by the Sony Service Center.
I have not purchased this costlier phone just for sake to visit Service Center again and again. I also do not believe that again problem will be resolved from the service center. So i want a new handset in replacement to this faulty handset. I believe that Sony has the name in Customer Satisfaction. But what I am getting is totally annoying experience and dissatisfaction.
Please take a note that Service Center has mentioned about Standby set issued to me. But I had not received any Standby handset from their side. The information mentioned about the Standby set is totally fake. Also the original handset which I have received has some new scratches which were not present while taking the phone to service center. When I asked Service center to correct it, they said to submit the phone again for 10 days. Is this the service Sony provides by harassing there customer. It means whenever 1 problem occurs in my handset then i have to run to service center again and again
even though they did not resolve the problem totally. I want you to take a strict legal action against them.
At last I request you to kindly issue me a new handset in replacement to this faulty handset otherwise I will take further action against Sony Corporation.
