Unable to click pictures by double tapping the back cover on C3 Dual.

Was only able to click the pictures by double tapping the back cover just ones,now doesn't work.Please help.

Try settings-apps-all-camera,force stop and clear data.Restart and try again.

I have already tried this before posting my problem.. Still doesn't work.. Let me know what can be done without doing a factory reset.. Thanks.
