How to upload single frames on my HDR PJ10E Camcorder into video format for home viewing.

I own a HDR PJ10E Camcorder and I would like to upload these single frame pictured inti a video format for home viewing. Do I need new software  I use Microsoft edge and windows 10. Can anyone help? I need a step ny step guide to upload these pictures.

@ florencio_p, as far as i know imaging edge is all what you can use. It's either you upload photos, or videos.
