I have windows 7 and have a load of videos (taken with a Sony Handycam DCR-SR35) and photos on my computer. I have installed PMH but this is only recognising some of the videos and photos not all. I have added the correct files to PMH but they still do not show up.
I am not a techny guy so will need it spelt out to me what I am clearly doing wrong.
