Wireless Adapter ADP-WL1M

Have fitted this to my new HDR PJ780 and it connects to my network via wifi.  There it ends as my Sony smartphone can't discover it and I cannot connect to my computers.  Play memories does not show it either.  I normally have no problems with devices but I am baffled.  Anything I could have forgotten to do?

This may be something that you have already done, but have you tried to reset your home router after successfully installing the WL1M to your camera? I have had similar problems in the past with other devices, and they have often been solved by resetting the router.

Still no success have reset  everything but still can't do anything with this item.
