Hello out there,
I've bought the PRS-650 ebook reader, authorizied my computer with an adobe-id and had to do a reinstall of the pc after a system crash. now i wanted to reinstall the ebooks i bought but I always get the message: 'This book could not be transferred cause the reader is authorized for another user.' Does somebody know how to reauthorize the reader or the pc?
Any help is welcome. If there will be no answer I don't know what to do.
