I live in Germany (ex.USA) and was unable to buy a SONY Laptop with US keyboard to relace an old VAIO which broke down. On a trip to DUBAI, I found at SONY main dealer an exact unit for my needs with "FULL INTERNATIONA WARRANTY' -Now Sony in Germany does not accept it in spite of 14 convoluted and evasive correspondence over 2 months. Sony tech support in USA was excellent.....how can I get HELP in GERMANY? or should I write this off and get APPLE (was a close second chice) Can anyone help?
