Hi.
I’ve just upgraded from HX300 to the HX400v for the simple reason of the WiFi option.
I have an iPhone 7 and for the life of me I can’t sync camera to phone.
I have downloaded the app onto my phone, connected my phone WiFi to the camera, connected the camera WiFi to the house and that’s as far as I get.
The phone shows I’m connected to the camera and has even created a new folder in my photos for the app. The camera however just constantly has that circle going around saying it’s connecting.
If anybody can talk me through it with uncomplicated step by step instructions I’d appreciate it.
btw I was up till 2am last night searching YouTube and the internet for tutorials but got no joy.
