Hello,

I have advised a few people in your situation to invest in a memory card reader which is capable of reading Sony format memory sticks. These can be found for £5 - £10 including this one.

I know that this may not be the ideal solution but I have seen people spend a reasonable amount of time trying to get their current setups to import photos when a solution like a card reader can save a lot of time and, more importantly, frustration Also, you will have a product that can read a wider variety of memory cards and like all card readers, it is portable and can read any file type so this will be something that you can use with a large vareity of devices.
