Thought I would try using wifi from my Rx 100 Mk I V. I did not realise you had to download Play Memories app for an iPhone. Downloaded it then the nightmare begins you can't sign in or it wants to link accounts as your email or password is in use. I eventually gave up for the evening. This morning I read the reviews of the app, (wish I had read them first) one star, everyone has had variations of the same problem dating back over 6 months. What I don't understand does it take so long for Sony to do anything to resolve a problem like this.?
I purchased an Android tv earlier this year and had to contact Sony over a problem. Eventually Sony agreed to exchange it but again what a complicated nightmare that was to resolve. So please Sony sort this Play memories software problem out before the end of January this year 2020
