Random 'Illustration high' pictures.

I have a DSC-HX60V camera. While on holiday I took some 200 photos but 12 of the pictures were found to be in 'Illustration high' picture effect mode even though picture effects were permanently set to 'off' in the menu settings.

They occurred consecutively in two separate groups on two different days.

I am concerned that this could happen again if taking important photos.
